Kirsty Ward launched her eponymous label back in 2010 after completing the prestigious MA in Womenswear at the London Central Saint Martins. Since then both her clothing and jewellery collections have been gathering an array of positive reviews and mentions from top British fashion institutions such as Vogue and Elle UK, Selfridges and WGSN.
Ward’s S/S 13 jewellery collection – showed only partially here – introduces a very pleasant palette of metallic colours and again those signature aluminium/brass coils and loops that give her pieces a very atypical and instantly recognisable look. Besides, the wired-like composition and its see-through quality balances quite well in our view the relatively large sizes and multicolored features. Fascinating work.
